The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Miami | South Tower introduces a rare waterfront offering on the southernmost tip of Brickell Key. Rising 66 stories above the bay, the tower comprises 228 private residences, including two expansive duplex penthouses with private pools. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by Tristan Auer, the building brings a distinctly international point of view to Miami living, pairing refined architecture with a serene island setting and broad panoramas of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the downtown skyline.

Direct access to the 1.5-mile Bay Walk reinforces the connection to the waterfront, while the building’s position on Brickell Key creates a sense of retreat just moments from the city’s commercial and cultural core.
